"MSC International was contracted by Grand Bahama Shipyard Limited to undertake accommodation upgrades on board the seismic vessel Ocean Explorer in Sept./Oct/ 2007. This work was supervised by Frank Salvati, despite the scale of the project additional works and the short time available the work was completed on time. Particular credit goes to Mr. Salvati when, just prior to vessel departure, the crew discovered water leaks in the upgraded accommodations areas. Mr. Salvati and his crew had already departed from the shipyard back to Florida however after the emergency call was placed by the undersigned, Mr. Salvati had 5 men, including himself, back in the shipyard within 4 hours following which they worked round the clock for 40 hours to rectify the water leaks. The effort that Mr. Salvati and his team made complete the work on schedule, to accommodate additional works into the same schedule and to response in the event of emergency is to be commended."
