Maritime Services Corp. has returned from a successful 21-day dry-dock, for Royal Caribbean Internationals Radiance of the Seas. Radiance of the Seas dry dock is part of Royal Caribbean’s multi-ship enhancement and revitalization strategy to deliver the Royal Advantage to their guests. MSC completed the most highly acclaimed dining concepts in the fleet, including Samba Grill a Brazilian steakhouse, the Asian Izumi restaurant, the Mexican-themed Ritas Cantina, plus the Challengers Video arcade.

Izumi: Features mouthwatering flavors and a sushi bar with hot-rock cooking, the pan Asian cuisine restaurant is a no-hassle, authentic dining experience.

Ritas Cantina: A casual yet vibrant indoor/outdoor restaurant, catering to families by day, and adults by night; offering traditional Mexican fare, a comprehensive selection of margaritas and live guitar music and dancing for evening entertainment.

Samba Grill: Styled after popular Brazilian steakhouses, the churrascaria is an interactive experience where guests choose from a variety of meats, chicken and seafood brought table-side by servers, ready to slice and serve upon request.




Maritime Services Corp. has completed the interior joiner outfitting on the Chetzmoka and Salish, both new 64 car passenger ferries for Washington State. The third and the last in the series, the Kennewick, is scheduled to be completed in the winter of 2012. All vessels were built at Vigor Marine, Seattle and Everett. MSC provided materials and install of MML/USA marine doors, NORAC aluminum joiner bulkhead system and overheads, galley equipment, sanitary space fixtures and furniture for passenger and crew accommodations.



Maritime Services Corp. UK will once again be on board the RMS St. Helena for Andrew Weir Shipping providing new interiors for the hospital and consulting room and renovation work to the swimming pool, passenger bathroom and stair tower all while in dry dock in South Africa.
