Maritime Services Corporation has received the go ahead to construct two more "Serenity" areas on board the Valor and Liberty for Carnival Cruise Lines. Work to be completed in January and October 2011.

Maritime Services Corporation has opened Maritime Marine Centers in Seattle and Anacortes Washington to provide pleasure and commercial users of RIBs and outboards full service repair, maintenance and sales of numerous RIB lines such as Nautica, Caribe, Zodiac, Mercury, Achilles, Avon and AB and for outboard motor and stern drive lines such as Honda, Mercury, Yamaha and others. In addition Maritime's Marine Centers sell accessories, lifts, davits, cranes and related products and also sell Honda generators and pumps.

Maritime Services Corporation's land based construction company, ProBuild, is currently involved in several remodeling projects and is building an earth advantage platinum custom home in Stevenson, Washington. The home is to be completed in February of 2010. In addition a related entity, has opened (and is already expanding) a new show room in the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. Featured products includes Maritime's green Koru bamboo cabinet line manufactured in Hood River, Oregon.

Preliminary drawings for an additional 7200 sf building have been submitted for review and issuance of a building permit. Permit has been approved and expansion is expected to take place in 2010. The additional space will increase Maritime's metal fabrication facility to 24,000sf.

Mr. McGrath has over 30 years experience in the marine accommodation and joiner business. He has worked with well known contractors and brings a wealth of knowledge in understanding the sales and business aspects of commercial as well as government work. As Vice President of Business Development, his focus is on expanding the business in the government sector while also looking for opportunities overseas. |

Peter Nance, General Manager of ProBuild Construction, Hood River, OR |
With a Business Management background from the University of New Brunswick Peter Nance was a founding partner of the largest custom tube and pipe bending company in Eastern Canada. After moving west, Peter spent 15 years, as the Production Manager for what became the largest boiler facility in Western America. He developed the management and manufacturing systems required to manage the growth of annual sales from $250k to $10.5 million. Peter was transferred to the Pacific Northwest to establish a field construction and maintenance boiler group based in Portland Oregon. Within 7 years, the boiler group became the regional leader with sales of over 21 million.
Prior to joining ProBuild, Peter founded a home construction and remodeling company serving Northwest Oregon. Peter has managed several remodels and additions for residential construction projects in the Portland area.
