PROJECT MANAGEMENT & ENGINEERING

  Project Management
Big or small, elegant, practical, new build or refurbishment, Maritime has the expertise to meet your requirements. From concept to final installation, our Project Managers oversee every detail of each job by working with the customer, designers, draftsmen, shop builders and installers every step of the way. Through ship surveys, establishing budgets and scope of work, creating project schedules, soliciting sub contractors, purchasing, supervising the build process, logistics and finally, install, we take care of everything so you don't have to.

An example of one project is the Caribbean Princess for Princess Cruise Lines. Maritime took ship check measurements and specifications form the original design drawings and then engineered spaces on 3 different decks. The Atrium process is shown below. Communications between Maritime’s team and Princess Cruises Interior Design Director and the Project Superintendent for Princess facilitated value engineering between the two. For this and every job, Maritime’s on-site project management team takes responsibility for all aspects of the project; bidding, drafting, purchasing, shipping and scheduling. This enables us to complete large complex jobs within the tight time frame of a dry dock.
