| Description: Complete renovation (formerly Empress II) into a SOLAS compliant vessel for off-shore use. Existing theme and all associated finishes changed to "New Orleans" theme. Heavy emphasis on food service areas. Bars were fully replaced, including ornate back-bar carving. Extensive electrical package in order to highlight new elements.
